Build It and They Will Come

Waiting in LineThe mantra, “Build it and they will come” only works in the movies. You can’t expect that customers will flock to your product or service as soon as it is built. Most likely, customers are not eagerly awaiting your product. In fact, they will need to be convinced of the need for purchase.

You must build awareness before a product is built. Get a head of your audience. Marketing prior to launch is not only recommended, it is an absolute necessity. One important element related to building awareness is timing. Understand when you expect to launch. Understand whether delays are likely to occur. Based on these considerations, its important to have a dynamic marketing campaign whereby the marketing medium, subject, content, and timing of the campaigns can be modified.

Thumbs UpTry This: Create a need for the product. Beyond simply creating demand, create demand with a sense of urgency (timeliness).
